Send a password reset as an admin

Email a reset link from People when a teammate cannot get in.

Task Open this screen
WhereCompany Dashboard → People

  1. Open Company Dashboard, then People.

  2. Open the person.

  3. Send a password reset.

  4. Ask them to use the email, not the login form, for that link.

Reset your password when locked outUse Forgot password on the login page. You do not need to be signed in.Change your password while signed inUpdate the password from Account Settings when you can still log in.
