Remove a person and free a seat

Delete the account so the paid seat becomes unused. Then drop it from Billing if you no longer want to pay for it.

1. Open People.

2. Open the person.

3. Choose Remove permanently. That deletes the account and frees the seat.

4. If you no longer want to pay for that empty seat, open Billing and choose Remove seats.
