Remove unused seats

Stop paying for empty seats from the next billing cycle.

WhereCompany Dashboard → Billing

  1. Open Billing.

  2. Choose Remove seats. You can only drop unused paid seats.

  3. Confirm the lower seat count. This period stays paid. The next invoice uses the new count.

Add seatsBuy more seats before you send more invites.Read the billing pageSee the current plan, seat count, next invoice, and the charge timeline.Invite more peopleAdd seats if you need them, send invites, and check that each person can open their card.Remove a person and free a seatDelete the account so the paid seat becomes unused. Then drop it from Billing if you no longer want to pay for it.
