Reset your password when locked out

Use Forgot password on the login page. You do not need to be signed in.

The page confirms it sent either way, so a stranger cannot use it to find out who has an account.

  1. Open the login page.

  2. Click Forgot password.

  3. Enter the email on the account and send the link.

  4. Open the email and set a new password.
